Chris Grondin is a technical leader with extensive experience in managing and delivering complex solutions in the end user devices space for the House of Commons of Canada. Currently serving as a Product Delivery Manager and Technical Team Lead, Chris provides leadership in designing, developing, integrating, and maintaining systems solutions to support business needs. With a background in managing technical specialists and expertise in infrastructure solutions, Chris has a strong focus on client experience, cost reduction, process streamlining, and technology modernization. Previous experience includes BPO management at Sitel. Graduated from Sir Sandford Flemming in 2002.
