Charmaine Sheahan is currently the Director of Justice, Equity, Diversity & Inclusion at House of Friendship and a Conestoga College Professor in Health Care Administration and Service Management. Charmaine previously held various managerial and supervisory positions at ErinoakKids Centre for Treatment and Development. Charmaine holds a Master of Education in Education and Leadership from Yorkville University, a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from McMaster University, and a Diploma of Education in Early Childhood Education and Teaching from Conestoga College.

Presently, the agency serves over 42,000 women, men, youth and children annually. Program areas include addiction services, community services, family services and residential services.
