House of Possibilities
Erin Lynch is an experienced professional currently serving as the Career and Community Access Program Boston Director and Community Resource Specialist at House of Possibilities since June 2021, where responsibilities include coordinating volunteer onboarding and cultivating partnerships with community organizations. Additionally, Erin maintains a high standard of customer service as a Retail Staff Member at Tree House Brewing Company and has contributed as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Massachusetts Amherst for an Economics & Statistics course. Previous roles include Direct Service Provider and Volunteer at Laradon, where support was provided to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, and various positions in customer service and office management during earlier educational pursuits. Erin holds a Master’s degree in Public Policy & Administration from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from The Catholic University of America.
