Jalpa Trivedi MBA, Assoc. CIPD has extensive work experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Jalpa currently serves as the Global Head of Talent Acquisition at House of Shipping. Prior to this, they held the role of Recruitment Manager/Partner/Consultant at Aster DM Healthcare, Accenture, and Worms Safety from 2020 to 2022. Jalpa also served as the Regional Recruitment Manager for MENA at British Council from 2014 to 2020. Jalpa has experience in resourcing management, as they worked as the Regional Resourcing Manager at Clyde & Co, LLP from 2009 to 2010. Jalpa began their career as an Executive Search Consultant at WoodHamill Ingram from 2004 to 2008. Notably, Jalpa worked at Ernst & Young as the Manager of Talent Acquisition for the Middle East region, overseeing recruitment, managing a team, and implementing innovative recruitment strategies.

Jalpa Trivedi holds a Level 5 Diploma in Human Resource Management from CIPD Qualifications, which was obtained between 2019 and 2020. Prior to that, they completed an MBA with a specialization in HR & Finance from Imperial College London in 2002. Their educational background also includes a BEng degree in Civil Engineering from Queen Mary University of London, which they received in 1999.
