Shikha Pahwa

Shikha Pahwa has a diverse work experience in various industries. Shikha is the Founder of a company called "Stealth Mode" since 2023. Prior to this, they were the CEO and Founder of "House This" since 2011. At "House This," Shikha focused on providing home and lifestyle solutions for Indian customers, with a vision to make India live better and beautiful. Shikha also worked as the Chief Executive Officer at "Pinnacle Retail" from 2007 to 2011, where they designed and manufactured home furnishing products for leading retailers in India. Before that, Shikha worked at "Hindustan Unilever Limited" as a Recruitment Manager and Business Leadership Trainee.

Shikha Pahwa pursued their education in a chronological manner. Shikha began their academic journey at Convent of Jesus And Mary, New Delhi from 1998 to 2001, focusing on Business/Commerce. Shikha went on to achieve a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce from Shri Ram College of Commerce during the period of 2001 to 2004. Continuing their educational pursuits, Shikha attended XLRI Jamshedpur from 2004 to 2006, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a specialization in Human Resources.
