Residentialists are clinicians who specialize in delivering clinical care in the home. For over 13 years our specially-trained teams of physicians, nurse practitioners and physician assistants have provided in-home medical care to patients who have difficulty getting to the doctor’s office. We also provide one-time Wellness consultations to help medical groups and health plans ensure that patients get a complete and accurate summary of medical conditions, and are offered the health screening services that they need.
