Addie Hahn is a Licensed Massage Therapist with extensive experience in providing therapeutic massages to patients under hospice care. Currently employed at Housecall Providers since September 2022, Addie specializes in delivering tailored massages in both home and facility settings. Prior experience includes working at Providence Hospice & Palliative Care from April 2015 to March 2020, where Addie focused on collaborating with hospice care teams to ensure sensitive and informed massage sessions. Additionally, from August 2006 to January 2011, Addie served as a writer for Oregon Home Magazine, crafting engaging content through interviews and articles. Addie's educational background includes graduate studies in Work and Family Studies at The University of British Columbia, training at the Oregon School of Massage, and a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from Wheaton College, Massachusetts.

Housecall Providers is a Portland-area nonprofit organization that believes everybody should have the right to medical care, delivered at the right place, at the right time. We offer team-based primary care wherever you call home and hospice services to be with our patients throughout the course of their lives. In addition, we provide community-based palliative care support for seriously ill members enrolled in Medicaid through our advanced illness care program. Together, all three of our programs are proving that in home medical care for seriously ill patients can improve health outcomes, increase patient comfort, reduce health care costs and contribute to care team satisfaction.
