Katiera Davis has a diverse work experience in the real estate industry. Katiera is currently working as the Vice President of Brokerage and Principal Broker at HouseCanary, where they maintain active licensure in 45 states, leads a team of Principal Brokers, and ensures corporate compliance for real estate ads and marketing. Previously, they founded and led a successful real estate brokerage at Welcome Home Realty Services, LLC, where they also provided Broker Pricing Opinions and Valuations. Katiera has also served as the Manager of Real Estate Operations & Valuations at Ribbon, where they conducted comprehensive real estate compliance training, managed property acquisitions and dispositions, and led the valuations and operations team. Before that, they worked as a Transaction Manager at Redfin, where they coordinated service providers for purchase/sale transactions and managed contract auditing and document preparation. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Property Manager at LNWA & Arbor Management, where they supervised and mentored property associates and managed legal aspects such as evictions. Katiera also has experience as an Asset Management Specialist at Network Referrals.
