Aria Smith

Aria Smith has diverse work experience spanning across various industries. Starting in 2011, they worked as a Server and New Hire Trainer at Aussie's Grill & Beach Bar, where they also served as a Beach Volleyball Referee. Additionally, they were a Team Member at USA National Beach Volleyball High Performance and held roles as an Athlete, Peer Mentor, and Assistant Coach at Project Serve Beach Volleyball Club.

In 2017, Aria joined Asset Campus Housing as a Leasing Agent, where they promoted a positive workplace environment, interviewed and screened new applicants, and trained and developed team members. Aria then took on the role of Leasing Manager, responsible for marketing efforts, maintaining knowledge of the property and competition, and ensuring effective leasing techniques. Later on, they served as an Assistant Community Manager, overseeing the everyday operations and financial functions of the community.

From 2018 to 2019, Aria worked as an Accounts Payable Associate at American Campus Communities. In 2019, they joined Papasan Properties Group @ Keller Williams Realty, where they initially served as an Inside Sales Associate and later as an Inside and Outside Sales Manager.

In 2020, Aria ventured into the fitness industry and established their own company, Aria Smith Fitness, LLC. As an Online Training and Nutrition Coach, they provided customized training and nutrition programming to clients.

Aria then transitioned to OJO Labs in 2020, where they held multiple roles. Aria began as a Closing Coordinator before being promoted to Closing Team Lead in Operational Finance, where they served until 2023.

Most recently, Aria joined Houseful, an RBC Company, in 2023 as a Closings Team Lead in Operational Finance.

Aria Smith attended Texas State University from 2013 to 2017, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management with a concentration in Entrepreneurship.
