Alex Wood has a diverse range of work experience in the field of IT support and system administration. Alex started their career at Groupe PSA as an Information Technology Support Analyst, providing remote support and on-site visits to dealerships. After completing their degree, they returned to Groupe PSA for a similar role.

Alex then joined Croudace Homes Limited as a System Administrator, where they were responsible for system backups, administration of user accounts, and troubleshooting various IT systems. Alex was later promoted to Senior System Administrator, taking on additional responsibilities such as project management and supervision of junior staff.

Alex later moved on to Houseful and RVU, where they held the position of Client Platform Technical Lead. In these roles, they provided technical leadership and direction for end user devices across multiple operating systems. Alex also managed various IT projects and was responsible for the administration of various systems and software.

Throughout their career, Alex has demonstrated expertise in a wide range of IT systems and has successfully implemented various technical solutions.

Alex Wood completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from Coventry University from 2006 to 2010. Prior to that, they attended Reigate Sixth Form College from 2004 to 2006 and obtained A Levels in French, Maths, Electronics, and Computing. Alex also attended Ewell Castle School from 2001 to 2004 and obtained GCSEs.
