Richard Donnell

Richard Donnell is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the real estate sector. Currently serving as Executive Director at Zoopla since January 2019 and as Executive Director at Houseful from September 2023, Richard also holds the position of Independent Board Chair at Good Place Lettings from September 2024. Previously, Richard worked for Hometrack from October 2005 to January 2019, where responsibilities included overseeing the Land and Property market intelligence business and providing analytics to diverse clients, alongside regular market commentary in national media. Richard's career began at Savills in March 1994, where rapid advancement to Director of Research & Consultancy took place by age 28, focusing on the residential sector. Richard holds a BSc in Estate Management from Kingston University and is an alumnus of Loughborough Grammar School.
