John Ardiles has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. John has worked as a Senior Manager - Credit at Household Capital, a specialist home equity retirement funding provider. At Well Money, a fintech start-up, they served as a Senior Credit/Lending Specialist and Manager - Certified Partner Program. John also has experience as a Senior Consultant at a business consulting firm. Prior to that, they worked as a Lending & Compliance Manager / National Business Development Manager at Red Rock Mortgages and as a Credit Analyst & Sales Support at Resicom Financial. John started their career at ANZ as a Snr Credit Assessment Officer and Snr Underwriter (Lenders Mortgage Insurance) and later worked as a Snr Lending Consultant at G&C Mutual Bank. Their earliest role was as a Lending Specialist at Liberty Financial Pty Ltd. John's experience includes credit analysis, underwriting, relationship management, business development, and coaching.

John Ardiles completed a Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management at the Institute of Strategic Management in 2018. In 2017, they obtained a Certificate IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking from AAMC Training Group, as well as an AML/CTF Certification from the same institution.
