Mark Blair

Mark Blair has over 15 years of professional experience in the legal and lending industries. Mark began their career in 2005 as a Paralegal at Hicksons Lawyers. In 2012, they moved to Gadens where they also worked as a Paralegal. In 2015, they joined Dentons as a National Client Relationship Manager and Paralegal. In this role, they built and enhanced relationships between Dentons and its national retail lending clients, and was also the external face of Dentons' retail lending business. Mark also served as the Chairperson of GLOW AU. In 2020, they joined Household Capital as the Head of Lending Operations. In this role, they are responsible for building a scalable customer first delivery solution, and overseeing strategy, digitisation, risk legal and compliance, process development and optimisation, quality assurance and continual improvement, cost optimisation, vendor management and team development.

Mark Blair completed a Diploma in Business from the Sydney Institute in 2005.
