Vladimir Jaric

Vladimir Jaric has been working in the technology industry since 2000. Vladimir started their career at Iress, where they held various roles such as Platform Engineer - Platform Services, Development Manager - FM Digital, Development Manager - Net Products, Development Team Lead - IRESS Pro, Development Team Lead - Content, and Software Developer - Content. During their time at Iress, they helped migrate IRESS product platforms to AWS, managed the large delivery team, and was responsible for the development and support of IRESS Professional. In 2020, they joined Household Capital as the Chief Technology Officer, Head Of Technology, and Development Manager. In these roles, they were responsible for the oversight of all technical resources and the establishment of the technology vision, setting the technical direction and delivery of the related strategy, and managing information security and overseeing internal IT operations. Vladimir also encouraged innovation among teams, supported research and the application of new technologies, and set up and governed a secure multi-account AWS company environment.

Vladimir Jaric has a diverse education history. Vladimir completed a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Computer Science at The University of Auckland between 1996 and 1999. Vladimir then obtained a Graduate Certificate in Applied Finance from Kaplan Professional in 2001 and 2002. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) in Civil Engineering from the University of Belgrade between 1991 and 1995. In addition, they have obtained three certifications from Amazon Web Services (AWS), including the Amazon Web Services Developer - Associate (2019), the Amazon Web Services SysOps Administrator - Associate (2019), and the Amazon Web Services Solutions Architect Associate (2019).
