Alex Bailes

Alex Bailes is the Chief Technology Officer at Lloyds Living and serves as a Non-Executive Director for both Cifas and Housemark. With a BSc in Computer Science from the University of Nottingham, Alex has held various leadership roles, including Head of IT & Development at Absolute, Online Marketing Director at Countrywide Plc, and Senior Director EMEA at CBRE. Alex previously chaired the Property IT Directors Forum and contributed as a Digital Consultant for Leading Resolutions. Alex's extensive experience in technology and digital strategy spans over two decades in the property and technology sectors.
