Kristen Ginn started their work experience in 2008 as an intern for Fifth & Pacific Companies, Inc., where they worked on the Isaac Mizrahi for Liz Claiborne line. Kristen then interned at VF Corporation as a Nautica Women's Wear Knit intern in 2009. In 2010, they became a Design Associate at BCBG Max Azria, designing handbags and accessories for Max Azria Runway and Herve Leger Runway.

Their next role was as an Assistant Designer at Nordstrom Product Group in 2011, where they designed for various Nordstrom Corp Group in-store product lines. Kristen then joined reed krakoff as an Associate Designer for Handbags from 2012 to 2014, followed by Loeffler Randall as an Associate Designer from 2015 to 2016.

In 2016, Kristen Ginn joined Tory Burch as a Designer, Handbags, responsible for designing mainline and runway handbags, overseeing direct reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. From 2017 to 2022, they worked as the Head of Design at Edie Parker, leading design and overall brand voice and being heavily involved in the launch and development of Flower by Edie Parker in the cannabis space.

In 2022, Kristen Ginn took on the role of Creative Director at Pleasure Planet and Houseplant. Their work experience showcases their expertise in design, leadership, and brand development.

From 2006 to 2010, Kristen Ginn attended the Savannah College of Art and Design, where they pursued a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Fashion and Accessories.
