Joshua Perry

Joshua Perry has a diverse work experience spanning across several companies and roles. Joshua is currently working as the Head of Corporate Governance at the Houses of Parliament Restoration & Renewal. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Governance at Operose Health.

Joshua has also worked at Ofcom, where they held multiple positions. Joshua started as a Public Affairs Associate, responsible for handling Ofcom's MP casework system. Joshua then joined the Chief Executive's Office as an Associate, providing executive private office support and producing high-quality briefings. Later, they became a Senior Governance Manager, overseeing the effective functioning of Ofcom's Executive Board and interpreting corporate governance codes.

Before joining Ofcom, Joshua worked as a Public Affairs Officer at A4e, where they assisted in policy development. Joshua also gained experience as a Public Affairs and Press Co-ordinator at the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, where they built relationships with Parliamentarians and organized public affairs events.

Joshua began their career as an intern at Westbourne Communications, where they gained valuable experience. Joshua also interned at Attend, the Liberal Democrats, and the office of Paul Burstow MP.

Joshua Perry completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Politics from The University of Sheffield in 2010. Joshua then pursued a Master of Arts degree in Politics from the same university, completing it in 2011. In 2020, they attended The Chartered Governance Institute UK & Ireland for a course on Advanced Corporate Governance at Level 6.
