Sophia Linehan Biggs

Sophia Linehan Biggs is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in the public and arts sectors. Currently serving as the Communications and External Affairs Director at the Houses of Parliament Restoration & Renewal since September 2023, Sophia previously held the role of Head of Communications at the UK Supreme Court from October 2017 to August 2023. Other notable positions include Deputy Director of Communications, Media Relations at the House of Commons, and Marketing & Communications Director at the English Folk Dance and Song Society. Sophia's expertise is complemented by a CIM Professional Diploma in Marketing from Cambridge Marketing College and a MusB degree in Music from The University of Manchester. Additionally, Sophia served as a Member of the Board of Trustees for Spare Tyre, a leading participatory arts company.
