Sophie Miller

Sophie Miller is an experienced professional in change management and business transformation, currently serving as Senior Manager for Business Change at Houses of Parliament Restoration & Renewal since February 2023. In this role, Sophie is tasked with defining and delivering change management strategies for the Data & Digital portfolio, managing organizational-wide initiatives, and fostering continuous improvement. Prior to this, Sophie worked as a Change Manager at the Department for International Trade, leading a team on a significant transformational program. Sophie also held positions at the Parliamentary Digital Service, where responsibilities included leading change management for a major Digital Transformation Programme and championing culture and wellbeing initiatives. Sophie's career began at The Organisers, where roles included Senior Client Service Executive and Client Service Executive with a focus on IT project management. Academically, Sophie holds a degree in Performance & Visual Arts from the University of Brighton.
