Joelle Spencer-Gilchrist

Joelle Spencer-Gilchrist is an experienced professional in production and fitness, currently serving as a Line Producer at HouseSpecial since March 2021. Previously, Joelle co-owned Training for Warriors Portland, overseeing gym operations for over 100 clients and developing marketing campaigns utilizing various software tools. Joelle held significant roles at LAIKA, LLC, including Visual Effects Production Manager and Production Manager, where responsibilities included managing large teams, handling HR communications, and coordinating complex animation projects. Other experiences include producing for Mills James and associate producing for Hot Donut Productions. Joelle holds a Master of Fine Arts in Printmaking from the College of Creative Arts at West Virginia University and multiple fitness instructor certifications.
