Jean Ball

Jean Ball is a seasoned healthcare executive with extensive experience in compliance, quality, and patient safety across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at HouseWorks LLC, Jean oversees compliance and quality outcomes for home-based personal care services. As the owner of J Ball Consulting, LLC, Jean specializes in healthcare process improvement. Previously, Jean held the position of Vice President for Quality and Compliance at Care Dimensions, leading national quality initiatives. With a strong background in compliance and patient experience at North Shore Medical Center, Jean has championed patient-centered care and organizational excellence. Early career experience includes leadership in physical therapy at Shaughnessy Kaplan Rehab Hospital. Education includes a Master’s in Organizational Management from Endicott College and a Bachelor’s in Physical Therapy from Simmons University.
