Samir Nityanand

Samir Nityanand is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in corporate development and strategic finance. Currently serving as the Director of Corporate Development at Starry, Inc. since 2022, Samir previously held the role of Senior Manager of Strategic Finance & Corporate Development at Elemy. At Edelman Financial Engines, Samir advanced through positions from Analyst in Strategy & Analytics to Manager of Strategic Finance over a three-year period. Earlier career experience includes working as a Corporate Development & M&A Analyst at McNamee Lawrence Securities, where a key project involved serving as a buy-side M&A advisor for NetSuite, as well as roles at SoftBank Capital and CSC in management consulting and venture funding.
