Jorge Martin Sole

Jorge Martin Sole has diverse work experience in various roles and industries. In their current position as VP Operations - Mortgages at Housfy since September 2022, they oversee the operations of the Mortgage Department and is responsible for creating operational processes for the Account Management Team and aligning with the Marketing Team.

Prior to their current role, Jorge worked at HP from August 2016 to September 2022. Jorge started as an Operations Process Engineer, responsible for defining and implementing Contact Center Agent Processes and driving process improvements. Later, they became the Contact Center Operations & Digital Manager, overseeing two Contact Center sites in EMEA and ensuring operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Before joining HP, Jorge worked at ABB as part of the Inventory Management team from November 2015 to August 2016. Jorge played a crucial role in planning and optimizing logistical resources for the Low Voltage Logistics Department.

In 2012, Jorge had an internship at SB Ambiaudit S.L.

Throughout their career, Jorge has demonstrated strong leadership, process optimization skills, and the ability to drive continuous improvement.

Jorge Martin Sole has a diverse education history, beginning with their Executive Master's degree in Data Analytics, Big Data, and Artificial Intelligence from EADA Business School, which they pursued from 2021 to 2022. Prior to that, they obtained a Master's Degree in Management Engineering from DTU - Technical University of Denmark in 2015. Jorge also holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from Escola Tècnica Superior Industrial de Barcelona, which they completed from 2009 to 2015. Furthermore, they received a degree in Ingeniería from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya during the same time period, specializing in Industrial Management/Engineering. In 2014, they completed a course in Advanced Excel 2010 at Cepi-Base.
