Miquel A. Mora

Miquel A. Mora's work experience includes various roles and positions in different companies.

In 1999, they worked as a private trainer at CYBER Formació, providing training services. From 1999 to 2002, they worked at SEi Informatica as a Consultant and Systems Integration Specialist, where they were responsible for software consultation and customization, as well as network configuration.

In 2002, Mora joined Rosa Planters SA as the Director of the IT Department for a year.

From 2001 to 2013, they co-founded and worked at Grupo yaencontre.com, where they served as a Technical Product Manager and played a crucial role in the adoption of Agile management practices.

In 2013, they co-founded Afables Social and Human Services SL, a social entrepreneurship startup. As a Co-founder, Project Leader, and Product Owner, Mora applied Lean Startup methodology, conducted web analytics, and implemented optimization actions based on the results obtained.

Since 2017, Mora has been involved in multiple ventures. Miquel A. co-founded Housfy, a company where they hold the position of Co-Founder. Mora also co-founded Fora la Caixeta, a digital agency focused on creating useful digital experiences that differentiate brands and transform businesses.

In 2019, Mora co-founded Tandenn as the Co-Founder and President.

In 2020, they joined Startsud as a Mentor Leadership role, providing guidance and support to startup teams.

Currently, Mora works as the Startup Program Director at Bcombinator, a position they took on in 2021.

Miquel A. Mora's education history is as follows:

- In 1998 and 1999, Miquel obtained a Master's degree in Programacion Orientada a Objetos from Centro Hispan Tecnologic.

- In 2004, Miquel attended ICT Institut Català de Tecnologia for a course on Gestiό de la seguretat de sistemes informàtics.

- In 2005 and 2006, Miquel studied at the Universidad de Alcalá, specializing as a consultant in Internet and e-commerce applications.

- In 2007, Miquel completed a specialization in the Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from EXIM Examination Institute for Information Science.

- In 2010, Miquel earned the title of Certified ScrumMaster from the Scrum Alliance and also became an expert in Project Management Fundamentals from élogos.

- In 2011, Miquel completed a postgraduate course in Interaction Design and Usability from UOC Universidad Oberta Catalunya and obtained a specialization in Community Management from AERCO Asociación Española Responsables Comunidad.

- In 2012, Miquel achieved a specialization in "Consolidate and Grow a Social Enterprise" from UOC Universidad Oberta Catalunya.

Additionally, Miquel holds several certifications. Miquel A. is a Certified Agile Leadership I from the Scrum Alliance, a certified Management 3.0 practitioner, and has obtained a Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management (ITIL) from EXIM Examination Institute for Information Science.
