Charlene Coffaro Vassil

Charlene Coffaro Vassil has over 19 years of professional experience. From 2002 to present, they have worked for Housing and Development Software as a Project Implementer, Business Analyst, Product Specialist, and Customer Relations Manager. In this role, they have performed customer relations and client communication activities for over 75 State and Local Housing Agencies across the country, re-trained clients in current Best Practices and software solutions, worked with a team of programmers and customers to create multiple software modules, led a variety of sessions at the company's Annual User Conference, represented the company at industry-related TRACS and CA Regional conferences, organized and participated in user focus group meetings, maintained best practices and work flow training documents on software procedures for internal and external clients, and trained and implemented large classes of new and existing clients across the U.S. Prior to this, they worked at JPMorgan Chase from 2001 to 2002 as a Default Reporting.

Charlene Coffaro Vassil received their Associate of Arts (A.A.) in Elementary Education and Teaching from Broward College in 1998. Charlene has also taken continuous education courses and seminars.
