Tracey Keyser is the Owner of Embracing the Journey, an organization that offers holistic coaching and transformational workshops to women across Maryland and the surrounding metropolitan area. With a robust background in leadership, Tracey currently serves as the Senior Vice President of the Office of Resident Services at the Housing Authority of Baltimore City since December 2017. Previously, Tracey was Co-Director at Embracing the Journey, LLC from 2004 to 2017 and worked as a Program Coordinator at Baltimore Housing from 2009 to 2011. Tracey holds a degree from Towson University, where studies were completed from 1985 to 1990, along with training at the Baltimore School of Massage.

The Housing Authority of Baltimore City (HABC) was established in 1937 to provide federally-funded public housing programs and related services for Baltimore's low-income residents. HABC is the fifth-largest public housing authority in the country, with more than 600 employees. Currently, HABC owns and manages 8,236 public housing units in 15 developments. HABC serves over 19,500 households through public housing, the Housing Choice Voucher Program, HUD's Rental Assistance Demonstration Program (RAD), and other rental assistance programs. Most recently, the agency received HUD approval to convert 4,128 units among 26 developments through RAD.
