Matt Leal has extensive experience in city and regional planning, transportation planning, and project management. With a background in city government, housing authority, and transportation organizations, Matt has developed a wide range of skills in various planning projects and grant administration. Their education includes a BS in City and Regional Planning from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
