Tonia Lediju

Tonia Lediju, Ph.D. has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Tonia served as the Chief Executive Officer of the Housing Authority of the City and County of San Francisco, where they enforced housing regulations and improved the quality of life for marginalized households. Prior to that, they were the Acting Executive Director and Transition Lead of the same organization.

Earlier in their career, Tonia Lediju was the Chief Audit Executive at the Office of the Controller in San Francisco, where they assessed the city's budget and implemented processes for hiring and training staff. Tonia later obtained their MA in Leadership - Organizational Systems from Saint Mary's College of California in 2008. In 2016, Tonia successfully earned their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Organizational Systems - Emphasis Leadership from Saybrook University.
