Coralynn Ledbetter has experience in property management and compliance roles, having worked with the Housing Authority of the City of Austin, Performance Contracting, Inc. (PCI), and RPM Living. In their current role as a Compliance Specialist for the Housing Authority, Coralynn conducts on-site reviews of Section 8 housing in Texas and Arkansas to ensure compliance with HUD guidelines. Prior to this, Coralynn held various positions at RPM Living, including Assistant Property Manager, Leasing Consultant, and Transition Specialist, overseeing a portfolio of multifamily properties and single family homes. At PCI, Coralynn served as a Contract Administrator, handling payroll for up to 200 hourly field staff and maintaining federal reporting compliance.

HACA also manages the Housing Choice Voucher/Section 8 Program that provides rental vouchers for more than 5,000 units of housing in Austin's private rental market.
