Eric Washington, B.S., M.P.A., currently serves as a Community Relations Specialist at HACLA, overseeing a team of independent contractors for the Watts Rising Redevelopment project. With prior experience as a Field Representative for California State Assembly District 64 and a Field Deputy for the City of Los Angeles, Eric has a strong background in advocacy and community engagement. Previous roles include administrative positions at HACLA and 2ND CALL, as well as a Junior Mortgage Banker at loanDepot, and a Research Fellow at LeadersUp.Org. Eric holds a Master of Public Administration from Grambling State University and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from the University of North Texas, complemented by an Associate's Degree from Compton College.
