Rick Neal

Rick Neal is the current Chair at HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF TULSA. Rick has over 20 years of experience in a variety of roles, including Senior Vice President at THE ALLBAUGH COMPANY and Owner of Neal & Associates.

Rick has a proven track record of success in meeting client needs and achieving results. Rick was instrumental in saving over $40,000,000 for clients during post-Katrina recovery activities in Louisiana. Rick is a certified financial consultant and experienced speech writer.

Rick is deeply committed to community involvement and giving back. Rick serves on the boards of several non-profit organizations and is actively involved in political campaigns at the local, state and federal levels.
