Hellen Leijen

Hellen Leijen has extensive experience in the real estate sector, currently serving as Vastgoed Informatie at Wooncompagnie since 2000 and as Projectleider for vastgoed onderhoud en nieuwbouw. Prior to this, Hellen worked as a medewerker vastgoed at Woningstichting Duinstee, focusing on MJOB preparation, annual budgeting, and maintenance planning from 1997 to 2001. In addition to real estate, Hellen is an instructor for Spinning and Bodypump at Fitnessclub Nederland since January 2005. Hellen holds a bachelor's degree in Bouwmanagement Uitvoering from Hogeschool van Arnhem en Nijmegen (2010-2013) and various diplomas in bouwkunde from prior educational institutions, along with multiple certifications obtained through various trainings between 1995 and 2016.
