Magdeleen Sturm

Magdeleen Sturm currently serves as Directeur interbestuurlijk programma (IBP) versterkingen VTH-stelsel at Ministerie van Infrastructuur en Waterstaat since July 2022, where important collaborations are forged to strengthen the VTH-stelsel. Additionally, Magdeleen is a member of the Raad van commissarissen at Wooncompagnie and acts as the Voorzitter raad van commissarissen at Stichting Landzijde since May 2016. From June 2014 to June 2022, Magdeleen held the position of Voorzitter Raad van Toezicht at Omroep HUMAN, known for amplifying underrepresented voices and exploring moral choices. Prior to these roles, Magdeleen was Directeur and partner at Lysias Advies from October 2005 to June 2022, leading a team focused on impactful projects in the public sector. Magdeleen began a career at Deloitte as a Senior manager and organization advisor, following an internship in organizational consulting at Universiteit Leiden. Academic credentials include a master's degree in PGO management consultancy from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and a drs degree in bestuurskunde from Erasmus University Rotterdam.
