Chara McGill is an experienced professional with a strong background in community partnership management and nonprofit leadership. Currently serving as the Community Partnership Manager at Housing Connector, Chara McGill focuses on engaging with the nonprofit sector in the DFW area to promote housing solutions. As the Founder of Chara's Story Inc, Chara McGill works to address mental health issues affecting young girls, teens, and women through innovative programming and resources. Previous roles include Manager of Navigation Services at United Way of Metropolitan Dallas, where Chara McGill oversaw significant housing crisis initiatives, and Assistant Director at Frontline Housing Inc., leading community-focused programs. Additionally, Chara McGill has held positions at Girl Scouts of Historic Georgia, driving membership growth and developing leadership programs. Chara McGill holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Economics from Tougaloo College.
