Sarah Parr is an accomplished coach, facilitator, and consultant, serving as the Owner and Director of Sirise Coaching since February 2020. With extensive experience in leadership roles across various sectors, Sarah currently holds non-executive positions as a Board Member of The Regenda Group and Chair of the Nominations and Remuneration Committee, as well as Chair of Fairoak Housing Association, which focuses on supporting adults with autism and learning disabilities. In addition, Sarah contributes as an Associate Consultant for There Be Giants and Housing Diversity Network, promoting equality and diversity in housing. Previous roles include Associate Director at Altair Ltd, where governance and strategy work was delivered to boards, and senior management positions at The Calico Group and Valueworks Ltd, emphasizing consultancy and strategic cost management. Sarah's career began at Ernst & Young, progressing from an audit graduate trainee to a Senior Executive in Corporate Restructuring. Educationally, Sarah holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Statistics from The University of Edinburgh.

We are dedicated to supporting organisations in addressing inequality, maximising their workforce potential, and catering to the diverse needs of their communities. One of the key ways HDN achieves its mission is through our events and webinars, as well as our tailored training and consultancy services. We understand that every organisation is unique and faces its own challenges in promoting diversity and inclusion. Therefore, our approach is not one-size-fits all but is instead individualised to meet the specific needs and goals of each organisation.
