Housing Diversity Network
Shaun Harley is a seasoned professional in the housing and communications sectors, currently serving as a Board Member for Peaks & Plains Housing Trust and a Mentor for Housing Diversity Network since October 2023. As Executive Director at Lincolnshire Housing Partnership since September 2022, Shaun is part of the executive leadership team overseeing a regional housing association that manages 12,500 homes. Previous roles include Future of Work Lead at Homes England, where Shaun developed a hybrid working strategy, and Director of Communications, responsible for enhancing the agency’s corporate communications. Other notable positions include Chair of the Transformation Corporate Group at Homes England, Head of Communications and Marketing at the Homes and Communities Agency, Marketing Communications Manager at Yorkshire Forward, and various roles at BP and IPC Magazines. Shaun holds a CIPR Diploma in Public Relations from Leeds Beckett University and has degrees in Journalism and American history and literature.

We are dedicated to supporting organisations in addressing inequality, maximising their workforce potential, and catering to the diverse needs of their communities. One of the key ways HDN achieves its mission is through our events and webinars, as well as our tailored training and consultancy services. We understand that every organisation is unique and faces its own challenges in promoting diversity and inclusion. Therefore, our approach is not one-size-fits all but is instead individualised to meet the specific needs and goals of each organisation.
