Shruti Bhargava is an experienced independent consultant with over 16 years at SHRUTINHA, focusing on shaping vision and strategy, complexity and systems, and performance improvement within the public and nonprofit sectors. Bhargava has held various roles, including Associate Consultant at Housing Diversity Network, HackMyBusiness, and Perform Green Limited, and served as Chair of Unity Homes and Enterprise, promoting inclusive growth in multicultural communities. As a Fellow at the RSA, Bhargava contributes to social innovation and impact, with a background that includes significant work in racial equality, having been a Commissioner at the Sheffield Race Equality Commission. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Hult Ashridge Executive Education, an M.Sc in Operational Research from the University of Birmingham, and a B.Sc in Mathematics from The University of Manchester.

We are dedicated to supporting organisations in addressing inequality, maximising their workforce potential, and catering to the diverse needs of their communities. One of the key ways HDN achieves its mission is through our events and webinars, as well as our tailored training and consultancy services. We understand that every organisation is unique and faces its own challenges in promoting diversity and inclusion. Therefore, our approach is not one-size-fits all but is instead individualised to meet the specific needs and goals of each organisation.
