Carlos Jose Acevedo

Carlos Jose Acevedo is an experienced social services professional with a strong background in shelter operations and case management. Currently serving as Shelter Operation’s Manager and Housing Case Manager at Housing Families since May 2020, Carlos previously worked as an Ongoing Social Worker for the Massachusetts Department of Children and Families from August 2019 to April 2020. Prior experience includes a role as Community Engagement Officer at Urban Edge from January 2019 to August 2019. Carlos holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Services, specializing in Early Intervention, as well as an Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education, both from Fisher College.
