Lillian Piwang

Peace Lillian Piwang is the Head Human Resources at Housing Finance Bank. Her professional experience spans over 10 years in human resource management and development as well as administration.

Ms. Piwang holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management and Bachelor’s degree (Hons) Social Sciences of Makerere University. She also holds Post graduate Diplomas in Financial Management and Management obtained from Uganda Management Institute.

Ms. Piwang previously held positions as Director Human Resource & Administration and Director Corporate Services at Capital Markets Authority. She also worked as Principal Human Resources Officer at the Electoral Commission and as Administrative Officer at International Institute of Tropical Agriculture respectively.
