Rachel Wilkinson Downes serves as the Director of Strategic Initiatives at Housing Hope, a position held since December 2014, where leadership is provided for the implementation of the VISION 2030 strategic plan aimed at eliminating poverty and homelessness in Snohomish County. Prior roles include Strategic Initiatives Manager and Grants Manager, overseeing a diverse portfolio of grants while developing strategies to meet revenue goals. Rachel holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Barnard College.
