Jocelyn Martin is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and operations within the education and housing sectors. Currently serving as the Managing Director at the Housing Industry Association (HIA) since October 2014, Jocelyn has also held key roles as Deputy Managing Director, Chief Executive Business Services, and Chief Executive Operations within the same organization. Prior to HIA, Jocelyn was the Operations Manager at Radford College, an independent school in Australia, from January 2007 to October 2014. Jocelyn's career began at the Australian International Hotel School, where responsibilities included Principal and Academic Dean from August 1996 to January 2007. Academic qualifications include a Graduate Diploma in Corporate Governance from the Governance Institute of Australia, two master's degrees in Accounting and Business Management from the University of Canberra, and Hotel Management from Griffith University, along with a Bachelor of Commerce from UNSW.
