Catherine Courtney

Catherine Courtney is a Compliance and Systemic Lead at Housing Ombudsman, currently holding this position since December 2022. Prior to this role, Catherine served as Principal Housing Options Manager at BCP Council from April 2019 to December 2022. With a diverse background in housing and project management, Catherine has also held positions such as Housing Options Manager at Borough of Poole and Contracts Officer at Siemens. Catherine has obtained a Level 4 Certificate for the Housing Profession from the Chartered Institute of Housing and a Diploma in Financial Planning and Services from LIBF.
