Lillian Williamson has extensive experience in finance and accounting. Lillian is currently serving as the Director of Finance and Accounting at Housing Opportunities for Women (HOW) since February 2021. Prior to this, they worked as the Controller at The Children's Place Association from April 2018 to February 2021. Lillian also held the position of Assistant Controller at Neighborhood Housing Services of Chicago from April 2005 to February 2021. Lillian's previous role was as a Controller at the Gary Comer Youth Center from August 2015 to March 2018.

Lillian Williamson has a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from DeVry University. Lillian also holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting from Oakwood University. In addition to their degrees, Lillian has obtained a certification in Excel Essential Training (Microsoft 365) from LinkedIn in March 2023.
