Becky Hughes

Becky Hughes is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer experience and housing management. Currently serving as the Interim Director of Customer Experience at Housing Plus Group since June 2020, Becky has also held roles as Head of Lettings and Lettings Manager. Prior experience includes a 13-year tenure at South Staffordshire Housing Association, where Becky was the Voids & Lettings Team Leader and Housing Options Team Leader, overseeing the day-to-day operations of Allocations and Void Management, along with previous roles in engagement and neighborhood involvement.
