Jordan Finkelman

Jordan Finkelman has held various roles in different companies throughout their work experience. Jordan started their career as a Sales Representative at Vector in 2010. In 2011, they interned at Merrill Lynch Private Wealth Management Group. In 2012, they served as a Financial Analyst Intern at Texas First Investment Management and later that year, they were an Investment Research Intern at Ocean Lawn Enterprises. In 2013, Jordan worked as a Fund Accountant at Kaufman Rossin Fund Services. From 2014 to 2016, they worked as a Financial Analyst at Marcus & Millichap. In 2017, they joined Housing Trust Group, LLC as a Development Coordinator and eventually progressed to become a Development Manager in 2019. In 2020, they were promoted to the role of Assistant Vice President of Development, and as of July 2022, they hold the position of Vice President at Housing Trust Group, LLC.

Jordan Finkelman completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and International Studies at the University of Miami from 2010 to 2012. Later, from 2016 to 2017, Jordan pursued a Master's Degree in Real Estate Development at Nova Southeastern University.
