Diana Jakimoski has extensive experience in the field of affordable housing development. Diana worked as a Consultant at Newcastle Housing Vestures from June 2006 to June 2010, where they provided a wide range of consulting services related to financing affordable housing projects. Their responsibilities included project feasibility analysis, financial spreadsheet preparation, and assistance with financing applications and closings. Diana also had extensive knowledge of funding programs such as Low-Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC) and Housing Tax Credit Contribution (HTCC) Program. In 2010, Diana joined Housing Visions Unlimited, Inc as the Director of Development. Diana held this role until November 2022 when they were promoted to Vice President of Real Estate Development.

Diana Jakimoski pursued their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in International/Global Studies from Le Moyne College during the period of 2000 to 2005.

Property Management Dedicated and experienced staff provide personalized, friendly customer service to each family through a range of activities, including leasing, rent collection, compliance, and working closely with our Maintenance and Groundskeeping team to ensure project preservation.
