Anna Guirguis

Anna Guirguis is an experienced professional in the mental health and social services sectors, currently serving as the Managing Director of Quality and Compliance at Housing Works since March 2019. In this role, Anna leads a team focusing on audit oversight, outcome measurement, quality assurance support, and staff training while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Prior to this, Anna worked as a Psychotherapist and Program Supervisor of Care Coordination at Mental Health Providers of Western Queens, where responsibilities included providing therapy for diverse age groups and supervising care coordination staff. Anna also held the position of Director of Clinical Services at Bailey House, collaborating on initiatives to combat HIV in New York. Earlier career experiences include roles as a Senior Career Advisor at The Fortune Society and a Youth and Family Field Counselor at Esperanza NY, contributing to professional development and family support for at-risk populations. Anna holds a Master of Arts in Social Work from the Silberman School of Social Work at Hunter College and a Master of Arts in Psychology in Education from Teachers College, Columbia University.
