Megan Dougherty

Megan Dougherty has over a decade of experience in the field of social work and care management, currently serving as the Director of Psychotherapy Initiatives at Housing Works since August 2011. In this role, Megan oversees the administrative and clinical operations of a Care Management office in East New York, focusing on improving health outcomes for clients with multiple chronic conditions. Previously, Megan managed a caseload of homeless clients with dual diagnoses at Grand Central Neighborhood and completed community organizing and policy internships at GLSEN New York City and Bridge Back to Life Center, Inc. Megan holds a Master of Social Work from New York University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from The University of Texas at Austin.
