Market Research Assistant (part-time)

The team

You will be joining the Sales & Supply department which consists of around 40 team members working across markets. Our mission is to ensure that every tenant who is actively looking for accommodation can always find a home through our platform.

Your role & impact

As a Market Research Assistant you will contribute to sourcing, documenting and optimising market data to empower our sales team with high-quality insights and leads. Your mission will be to find and research all student housing providers and operators within our focus cities.

• Perform desk research in a highly structured manner  to identify potential student housing partners.
• Research student housing companies to collect all the required information and enrich our database.
• Closely work with the Director of Sales to improve your productivity and prioritise the right tasks.

Your profile

• You speak English on an above-average level.
• You are a student or recent graduate (minimum 2 years of higher education).
• You are meticulous, structured and organised.
• You are able to perform repetitive tasks while continuously improving your productivity.
• You are committed to getting things done and self-motivated.
