Ishan Potbhare

Ishan Potbhare has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Ishan is currently working as a Lead Data Engineer at HousingAnywhere since April 2023. Previously, Ishan worked as a Data Engineer II at Amazon from September 2021 to March 2023.

Before joining Amazon, Ishan was a Member Of Technical Staff at Shoptimize India Pvt. Ltd. from August 2016 to May 2021. In this role, they led the Growth team and was responsible for designing architecture for real-time use-cases of clickstream data using AWS Redshift, Kinesis, and Lambda.

Prior to that, Ishan worked as an Intern at Kopera Software from August 2015 to April 2016. Ishan also has experience as a Founder and Partner at Wild Quest, where they were involved in planning and marketing wildlife and leisure tours from June 2013 to May 2015.

In 2012, Ishan briefly worked as an Administration Manager at Insearch Outdoors.

Ishan Potbhare completed their Engineer's degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University. Ishan attended this university from 2011 to 2016. Following this, they pursued a Master of Technology (MTech) degree in Software Systems from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani. Ishan's education at Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani lasted until 2020.
